somnath distance from dwarka

Respected Sir,
Please let me know the distance and mode of conveyance from Dwarka to Somnath with schedule of buses etc. as I have to vistit Dwarka as well as somnath. How much time it will take from dwarka to somnath as I have to travel from veralval to Ahmedabad next day. Is Nageshwar Temple and Som Nath Temple are two differnet temples or are one and the same. Please guide the full sightseeng and the important places to visist in the Dwarkka and the Somnath.

Hi,
From Dwarka to Somnath is about 250 kms. Only way to travel is by road. Beautiful road along the coastal Gujarat and well maintained too. A lot of greenery around. Govt ST buses are available - ordinary and semi-delux. Also a lot of private buses and mini buses are available on the route. It takes about 5-6 hours. Nageshwar temple is different from Somnath. Nageshwar is close to Dwarka (about 10 km). Both these temples are included in 12 jyotirlings across India. Enjoy.
