4 nights in Vizar and 2 nights in Araku...beyond that it will b boring
Vizag
Day1: Reach, settle down, move around and spend some time @ beach
Day2: Go for sightseeing..taxi / tourism
Day3: Enjoy RK beach in day...and local market /windwo shopping
Day4 : Leave for Araku, better thru APTDC and camp at Araku APTDC resort
Araku:
Day4: Sight seeing and night stay to realx @ araku ....then wrap up

Vizag will be three day more than enough

Araku two days with half day at Bora caves, however remember Araku and bora caves are generally over crowded on wk ends and also holiday season, get you bookings done well in advance. APTDC places specially at Annatgiri is awesome !

Hi,
I agree with paramita. 3 days in vizag and one night at aruku would be enough.
Day 1: Come and settle down. Go for some local sight seeing around your hotel. Go to RK beach if you are not from a plece having a sea cost.

Day 2: Go to Bheemilipatnam, on way to Bheemilipatnam stop at Thotlakonda a place of Buddhist importance. on way back have lunch in one of the reosrts on the beach and stop at Kailasagiri . Take a breathtaking view of vizag sea from top of this hillock. If you have time visit the Kurusura Submarine museum the first of its kind in Asia.

Day 3: Go to Yarada beach. Its a bit far away if you are not too tired go to this place. Take a taxi as you cannot go there by any other means. You have to climb up the eastern ghats and then come down again to reach the sea. On way to yarada beach stop at the Light house. The view of the sea from this point is wonderfull. You feel as if the entire sea is at your feet. The large sheet of water is wonderful. If you are not interested to go to a beach again go to Simhachalam temple on this day.

Day 4: Take a 2 day tour to aruku oragnised by APTDC. The train starts at 6;30 am from visakhapatnam station and takes you to aruku by 12;30 noon. The APTDC takes care of the visit there.

Day 5: You will be back to vizag by Afternoon On the same day evening you can plan your return journey.

Please book all accomodations well in advance as september to march is the busy season here and you may not get a proper place to stay

Enjoy the holiday

Please let me what kind of a tour you are asking for, just to travel the tourist spots or you are a nature lover who wants to taste the nature...If you are the first kind of person then vizag will take 2 days and Araku..will take 1 day...thats enough....
if you are a nature lover...then araku will take another day....
Becoz you will find nature in its best in Araku....dont forget the train journey from Vizag to Araku...
And the Yarada light house in Vizag....
I personally been there and completed the trip in just 3 days..
But I think to see the enchanting beauties in Araku ..another day should be added to your trip...
Best of luck and happy journey!

Sorry for the late reply as I have been to Megalaya for last 5 days on a vacation... :)
