This hotel can be best appreciated by the weary traveller visiting this small town with scarcely more than three hotels in all, and for whom the sight of a clean bed and a decent toilet is a haven. And yet, this hotel does not lack all other facilities entirely, there is cable TV and air-conditioning in every room, the rooms themselves are spacious and the floors lined with wall to wall rugs. The day manager, Mr. Dharmendra Chauhan is an affable, helpful person who will go to any extent to make you comfortable. The food is pure vegetarian, but quite delicious and not at all spicy.

Best Experience: We had arrived in Ratlam without any reservations in this hotel, and during rush season, and yet we got our two rooms without any hassles here, including a discount!

Worst Experience: Don\'t expect the night manager to even move a muscle for you, he\'s a bit stand-offish and more of a security guard than anything else.
