Room Service, Quality of rooms and Food options at the resort are very bad. However, location of the resort is quite good.

munnar is a beautiful destination, the nature at its best. the hotel is excellent, the location is good, the food was delicious

This hotel was Fine. The charges were extraordinarily high. The food was ok.They usually served kerala cuisine which was not apt for us. Location was extraordinarily beautiful. if you dont want to roam much and yet enjoy the beauty of the nature, then this hotel is apt.
Best Experience: awesome location.
