hi, this hotel is located in a beautiful location just a km away from the railway station. the quality of rooms is also very good. the service they give is also good. they maintain the rooms and washrooms very clean

Worst Experience: only hot water they provide it in the morning.

This is only a budget accomodation at the heart of Ooty. Dont expect anything more. This is a decent place for a group of guys to stay in for a couple of days to booze and sleep. Expect only very basic in terms of the room facilities. Decent and friendly staff though. The room tarrif was around 1200 - 1500 bucks during the peak season which is considered very nominal. Not at all recommended for couples or families. Choose this place only if you are on a tight budget and if you would need a place just to refresh/sleep at night. Would I visit this place again? Yes, If I am really on a tight budget and cant afford more...

Best Experience: - At the heart of the city - close to the main road - Quick and efficient front desk in terms of booking and check in/check out - Though no kitchen or restaurant, they manage to fetch food from a nearby restaurant. - Room service is pretty decent - no complaints - They arrange cabs for sightseeing at a decent cost

Worst Experience: - dim lights in the restroom and no hot water apart from those couple of hours in the morning and evening. However, they do give you hot water in a bucket if asked. - Tiled floor, not wood - Restroom had a dirty bath tub for the heck of having one. The thin drip of water from the faucet is good for nothing expect to wash your face and clean your ass. - really dirty stained plastic buckets which one might have seen in public toilets across. - No Toileteries, no towel etc - The cupboard had all sorts of stains on it including nice florescent ones.

This is surely a good cottage to stay , I have no idea about the food as I din\'t eat any . Well considering the room service , the location and including the staffs behavior it seriously deserves 5 .Overall its a good cottage .

Best Experience: Excellent location and great service. Rooms are very nice.

Location wise it is very good. Is at a peaceful place, view from hotel is also very nice and still it is in the town so have easy access to the other places. Rooms are excellent and their house keeping service people are doing good job by maintaining it in decent way. The room service is very efficient in proceeding the orders quickly. Only problem with them is that they don\'t have a restaurant so had to go out for food. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable with the hotel.

Best Experience: They have a very good staff and also the location is great.

Worst Experience: I will not like to term it as a worst experience but we couldn\'t have food there.
