Rooms were clean. Location is awesome. Very nice and peaceful place. Clicked a lot of photographs as the view was ultimate. Staff was decent. Food was okay. If you want to visit Kufri this is the right place for you.

Entire experience from Check-in to Check-out was good. Staff was courteous and eager to serve. Room was clean and inviting. Everything was nicely laid-out . Hotel is nicely located but excellent view of Manali . Mr. Prakash Rana, the Manager, was ever so helpful.

The rooms are clean and spacious with decent heating systems in place . The staff is polite and all our requests were answered promptly . However, the food could have been much better (under cooked and oily) . All in all a decent stay. Only knocking off points for the food.

The rooms are nice and clean and perfect. The heater is available for limited time period, only 6 to 11 in the evening, which should be improved upon. The service of the staff is really nice. The food is good but not great and needs improvement along with variety of food. The options available are not enough.

Okay stay with mixed opinions facilities are good but not in full extent and no shower even for 2 days stay and room heater will be off by 11pm, Suppose to be in nights especially.
