We arrived to be told that our request for a smoking room, made at the time of reservation hadn't been noted down. We were made to wait for a room for over half an hour only to be taken to a room that had probably just been vacated and not thoroughly aired out as it smelled really musty. The room service menu was very limited and due to preparations for new year's we couldn't order anything from the other restaurants in the hotel. When I called the reception to enquire about the timings of breakfast the next morning, I was told that breakfast wasn't included with my room even though I had actually paid extra for the same. I tried to book a table for lunch at the restaurant Spice Haat but the restaurant just did not pick up several calls made from the room. Even room service and the operator failed to connect me to the restaurant or provide details about the lunch menu. Finally we went down to the restaurant to be told we would have to wait for twenty minutes as we hadn't made a reservation. I had to argue with them telling them that I had been trying to get in touch with them all morning which finally got us a table sooner. Over all just an average experience at 5star prices. Not sure if this is how all customers are treated or is this service is reserved for Make My Trip and other online clients.

Look outside I. A. Very goog but bad inside. There are so much moisture so really sticky. Outdoor pool's condition is bad. I should have swum in the pool. Moreover, soundproof for the room on 9th floor is awful even there is nightclub on 9th floor. But food is good.

I checked in on 23-Jan and checked-out on 25-Jan-2017, for a business trip to Chennai. Hotel is located near my meeting location. Room is good and spacious, customer services is good as well I like the food at the restaurant at the lobby level. I took my buffet breakfast at this restaurant as well Hotel team took care of my in room amenities request as well For my upcoming visit to Chennai, I'll certainly go with Hyatt Regency as my first choice.

Make my trip be sure all room are subject of availability. I made my booking Make My Trip app but waste of time & waste of money. Because I waited for past 2hr hotel person told me whole hotel is booked we don't no how they made booking. Hotel gave me upgrade rooms but no use

Hospitality was not great . Morning breakfast was not tasty . My stomach got into trouble. Ala chart Food was good . Location was not great, as construction had blocked half of the road. Certain part of Hotel was under some construction as well.
