The hotel is conveniently located to travel and the surroundings were maintained hygiene. The staff at this hotel were very co-operative and friendly. The room allotted to me was very good and well maintained with all the amenities in proper working condition. The foods at this hotel were good. There was no delay during check in and check out process and the hotel is worth for the money.

The hotel was located in the city. The location of the hotel was good. The appearance of the hotel was good. The check in and checkout was done on time. I had booked the room by online. The overall service of the hotel was good. The Wi-Fi facility was working fine in the room. The food was good with quality and quantity. There were no activities arranged by this hotel. I would recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers.

The appearance of the hotel was good. The complimentary breakfast was provided in the hotel. The check in and checkout was not delayed. The best part of the hotel was service.

The hotel was located conveniently to travel and I did not find any difficulties in finding the hotel. The appearance of the hotel was good both in interior and exterior part. The staff members were good but poor in services. The room was good and maintained well with all the amenities were in proper working condition. There was no delay during sign in and sign out process. The hotel was valuable for the money.

Landmark hotel was chosen as it was walking distance to my meeting. The reviews looked good too and as I was travelling alone so I chose this hotel. The hotel looked nice, reception area and lift was all looking good. The room was quite a surprise, big and spacious as I was given the corner room, 504. It had a nice view and the bathroom was nice too except it did not have the shower curtains, so all the water was spilling over the whole bathroom. I complained about it and got the curtains fixed the next day. Breakfast was so, not a good variety, a few dishes only. The room service was prompt, the chicken biryani was superb, too much quantity, I had to leave some of it. For late check-out, I was quite upset with the front desk, as my return to Delhi was at 7 pm, I requested the hotel for a late checkout at 1:30 pm instead of 12 noon but the guy who attended my call rudely said it is not possible and I have to vacate the room. I told him I want to speak to the Manager who was out. I finally had to go to the reception and started shouting that how can a hotel throw out a lady guest who is all alone on the streets instead of helping her. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and when we request for a late check-out, the hotel complies and it was not 3/4 hours I was asking, just one hour more. The Manager came back and apologized for the behavior of the front desk and agreed for the late checkout. Hope the hotel realizes that word of mouth feedbacks are also important. Especially with women guests, they have to extend their full cooperation to make them feel safe. There are so many hotels which even has special rooms for women guests who are travelling alone. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again.
