Good receiving hygienic food with tasty full Toilets are so neat and tidy I can't explain in one word you have to visit once .This is the best hotel to stay for couples. I was there for a couple of times with my friend and my colleague everybody satisfied with their hospitality. One of the worst services in hotel Minerva is they don't provide drinking water is being payable if you need free service they do offer, but the water is too salty. More » I have been there in Hotel Sitara grand because it is in city middle , so that I can shop easily and more over tariff provide by the Hotel is in cheaper price I thought it's okay to stay . My experience was too bad there is not right culture in hotel staff. I face problem with the toilet no water and use to call the customer help desk they use to pop into my room for a long time I feel disgusting. As per the tariff they are proving wifi as well but it's not true. Coming to the food its not that much of pretty good they do provide only Indian dishes not more than that. One of the worst service is door locking system but they use to say it is electronic system even you can't recognize weather door is locked or not. On the day service boy opened the door straight way without knocking the door and he is saying that he doesn't know somebody is in such a foolish service they are offering. « Less

Overall my stay with family is enjoyable. we visited birla Mandir, ramoji film city ,Lumbini park charminar salarjung mueseum etc. stayed one night in ramoji film city. it is worth visiting the film city. « Less

I specially like the spread for breakfast.Whether your choice is continental, Indian or American, you have a sumptuous meal. A lovely place to relax after a long day at work! It is also located in the heart of the city so if you want to go sightseeing or shopping in the evening, there are still plenty of choices, GVK one is close by. « Less
