Had gone for an athletic meet and it was the best hotel and closest hotel just 5 mins away from the crpf gc1 golf course road ground. The hotel arranges rickshaws for you if you need.
Food was okay but very comfortable stay at the hotel with all basic amenities like room tea/coffee/and other toiletries. Wifi is free but after a bit of an effort with the hotel reception. Very clean hotel. 24 hours hot water. Hotel food was okay but quite spicy.
Safe hotel for two women travelling alone. They also gave a number of taxi service to call for travelling to Jaipur airport. Will definitely recommend the hotel.
The hotel looks amazing in the photos, lobby looks amazing and hence when we arrived we thought we had made an excellent choice. However, even though we reached after 2 pm, we had to wait for about half an hour for our room to be ready. The bathroom had a weird smell and water logging. Spare furniture was strewn in the aisle in front of the room. Service was poor. Dirty plates from room service was not cleared for one day even after we had called. The plates were taken away only once we ordered food the next day. However, the hotel did arrange a hassle-free trip to the dargah sharif. The hotel had a tie up with a khadim who guided us very peacefully through the dargah and did not even take any money. So, our trip to the dargah was a very memorable experience. We had booked the hotel on a 60% discount. Thus it seemed like an okay deal. Would have been really bitter if I had to shell out the entire amount. Oyo standard at Jodhpur was much better in terms of hospitality, cleanliness and service.
On our holiday to Rajasthan earlier this year we had made advance bookings at all our destinations since we were travelling in the tourist season. Since on-line booking was available at all RTDC hotels, we had settled for these hotels at all locations we were visiting.
Hotel Khadim is a really good property but has gone to seed, mainly because of poor upkeep. The place is not cleaned regularly leading to quite a mess, specially the toilets! The bucket and mug seem to have never been washed since they were first purchased!! The bed linen is also well worn and shabby and needs to be immediately changed.
The staff in the dining room are most unfriendly and non-cooperative. With the result that you quickly grab whatever is on offer and run. The surroundings are pleasant and the location is good.
First of all it was a magnificent place to visit. Luxuriant, extraordinary, and such a mild climate of the city. Of course as the hotel is inside a water park there are a numerous fun activities to go with. The pool view is an addition to the serenity of the room. Seeing people enjoying in the pool was a great experience. The staff of the hotel was supportive and cooperative. The hotel provided us with the conveyance which was a great help for the religious visit of the city. The reviews on the site Holiday IQ were of great help for the whole tour. People reading the review are advised to plan there holidays for a long week so as to get the full experience of the care provided by the hotel.
Hotel look is awesome. Front desk hall is a beauty. Rooms are high fi. Even the premium room is nice. The food at restaurant is great. It is just 5 mins walk from railway station. Staff is very cooperative. Their lounge is good for relaxing.
The breakfast was very nice. Since the hotel is very new and beautiful so always some functions like marriage, etc keeps on going and that too is managed well without disturbing the guests. Overall, a great choice at Ajmer. Good value for money.
