Wanted to catch up with some slow paced holidays after fews days of activities in Kerala itself. Situated on the banks of Vembanad lake, it has spacious and comfortable rooms with good facilities. Swimming pool overlooking the lake, with a beautiful sunset view over the houseboats is the best feature I would say. It has an in-house spa to pamper yourself too. The food service was on the slower side. I would advise visiting the restaurant early for a faster service. Otherwise the staff were really helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Everything about our stay was awesome. Clean, beautiful set up and view, nice swimming pool, great freshly prepared food, courteous staff. Would love to go again! Kudos to the team. The management has done a great job by maintaining the rooms with all essential needs including an electric heater.

Excellent rooms but food and service were horrible
The resort was very big and it's appearance was good, but front office was like government post office. Nobody came to receive me when I entered. I had to find myself about office. I sat there for more than half an hour. Waited for receptionist. Room was excellent and I will say that it was perfect room with a balcony. Worst thing about this resort was it's food and service. They don't have good vegetable and Indian bread. Breakfast was horrible and no one was there to serve and it was ice cold. When I found someone to serve he gave me worst toast ever. My wife got sick, so overall "Not recommended".
As we entered the hotel, we were mesmerized by its view, its landscape and its serene environment. We felt relaxed in their luxurious cottages. Big spacious rooms, adjoining with all the necessities. The staff was filled with warmth and was ready to serve. Their cook made delicious and mouthwatering dishes. The plus point of the hotel was that it was located on the backwaters. A perfect location for a beautiful view, boating and all such stuff. There was boat was also well maintained and comfortable. I would suggest people to have a stay here and enjoy the experience
