The location is good. You have to opt for suite room at second floor which is very spacious and nice balcony and good view. But resort lacks with basic facilities like hot water (not regular), bathroom accessories, wardrobe, TV, etc If you would like to spend some good quality time quietly with family this is the best place as there is no TV, no telephone connection on room at-least to call front desk, no network (hardly you get) and net connection. 5 km away from Madikeri town on Mangalore highway there is nothing nearby One could enjoy the nature, coffee estate walking, jogging, indoor and outdoor games They included breakfast and dinner in the package and food is good. No room service But 3500 per couple per night on suite room for the kind of facilities given are not worth the money.
I visited this hotel in the month of July 2016woth friends. Destination was excellent. Location of the hotel was inside the city and was excellent. Appearance of the hotel was excellent from interior and exterior. Check-in check-out was done on time. Behaviours of the staff were cooperative and friendly. Service was excellent. Room was neat and clean. All amenities were available with working condition. Room was excellent. Food was excellent, variety dishes available in the hotel. Activities were excellent.
The overall experience at this hotel was very good and it is located away from city for peaceful and calm environment. The ambience of the hotel was quite natural and staff members were helpful and friendly in behaviour. The room given was good and spacious in size with amenities like AC, geyser, etc. To name few. The food facility in the hotel is excellent and quality was superb and tasted fabulous. The hotel had some activity but I was not aware of it so I did not visit there. The hotel is simply excellent in service and I would admire their work and services.

I had heard a lot about Coorg and it was on my wishlist only second to Ladakh. So this July I thought of an impulsive impromptu sojourn to Coorg for some distressing . . My stay at Hotel Green Haven in Madikeri (Coorg's capital) was as good as it gets. I wanted to travel on a moderate budget and it fit really well with my budget. The room charges were about a 1000 bucks and I personally thought it was more than reasonable. The rooms were big, absolutely clean and moreover gave me a pleasant feeling. The staff at the hotel were absolute treat because they were always smiling and ready to offer their service at the press of a button. The only issue with the hotel was that there was no in house restaurant but the staff made it up by keeping a menu card of one of the better hotels in the vicinity for room service. Food isn't great in and around Madikeri but you could visit the restaurant in the hotel Fort Mercara for some excellent food. There are a variety of locations in Coorg to enjoy and distress for a wonderful trip.
