Had an official visit to raipur, the rooms were okay, housekeeping service was slow and needs improvement. It is sited near to the railway station, so it is really convenient. The food offered was okay, staff was really courteous and cooperating. My advice for you is, Don't take room (other than suite room) on ground floor as it was quite congested.
Hotel Shubh is located in the heart of the city and is within walking distance from railway station. The rooms and food was great and of high standard. We arrived this hotel late night and even at that time the service was very good. I really enjoyed my vacation in the Subash Hotel and I wish everyone go there and see how excellent this hotel is. Staff services as well as clean, neat, spacious rooms along working amenities.
It was convenient to reach the hotel. The hotel was located in the city and nearby the railway station. The appearance of the hotel was good from both internal as well as external. The room was ready and there was no delay in the check in and checkout procedure. The service provided by the staff was good and attended to our requests on time. The staff’s behaviour was helpful and friendly. It was an official trip. I had visited with my manager. The food taste as well as quality was really good. The non-vegetarian food was provided in the restaurant. The room service was good. The room had TV, AC and geyser in working condition. The housekeeping staff kept our room along with the bathroom really neat and clean. The Wi-Fi connection was not provided in the room. Overall experience at the hotel was good.
