I had a fully satisfied stay here primarily because my major priorities were proximity to the temple and hygiene. Bathrooms were pretty clean and tidy with hot water in the time slots as promised. Room services were very prompt. We had excellent front view of temple premises. Their in-house Sai temple was blissful.
We stayed in executive AC rooms which were good however don't know about standard rooms. ATM, in-house souvenir store, gym, kids play area and above everything Woodland Restaurant make the stay pleasant and worth the cost.
I would recommend this hotel since Shirdi is a place where we spend most of the time in the temple and hence a big property is not what we need but the proximity and if we get that along with all these amenities then nothing like that. I would definitely prefer this hotel for all my future Shirdi visits.
I am a devotee of Shirdi Sai and regular visitor to Shirdi temple. I prefer to stay at Kasi Annapurna Satram as it is more convenient.
1. It is located on the main road and near to the temple. Vehicles like auto, taxis are always available. So we can go to temple at any time. There is a taxi office located in the compound of the Satram. From there we can go to nearby places to visit temples and holiday resorts.
2. The rooms are well-furnished. Double cot and cot for guest are provided. Attached bath is neatly maintained. Hot water is being provided.
3. Meals are being provided to the occupants of rooms. Meal items are prepared with more hygienic and quality of food provided is best. Breakfast is being provided at nominal rates. Shampoo and soap are being provided to the guests. Towels also being provided for guests.
4. AC rooms are also available. The building looks rich. The design is good and all rooms are constructed in such a way that windows are constructed to receive sunlight and fresh air.
5. The hospitality is good. At reception counter computers are available and quick service is being provided. Security guard service is also there. Staff members are courteous and helpful. There is also a complaint book and is being managed by the in charge.
6. So, I recommend to visit Satram and have peaceful stay and enjoy the stay and have the blessings of Shirdi Sai.
The location of the hotel was good. It was a religious trip with family. We had a great experience in the hotel. The hotel was good and conveniently located. It was located inside the city and near to the railway station. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and hygienic. The surrounding of the hotel was nice and clean. The service provided in the hotel was very good. We were happy and satisfied with the room allotted to us. The exterior as well as the interior of the hotel was nice. The food facility was there in the hotel and they served only veg food. We like the food quality and the quantity. The cost of the food was reasonable. The room was spacious, neat and clean. All the time cold and hot water facility was also provided to us. We didn’t ask for sightseeing trip. Other activities were not arranged by the hotel. I was satisfied with the hotel and the service. The hotel was value for money. It was a good hotel and I would like to recommend this hotel to others. I don’t want to give any suggestion for the hotel improvement.
I travelled to Shirdi with my mom and aunt (both are Senior Citizens) and booked room at Hotel Sai Kutir via Makemytrip. Com. I chose this hotel after a good rating/review from the previous visitors. However, I must say my stay didn't go as per my expectations. I know it's a budget hotel.
We reached Shirdi early at 4 am and I called the hotel at 6 am to see if they can provide me early check-in by 10 or so. They did allow us the early check-in. However, on the condition that we check-out at the same time i. e. 24 hours. This I can still understand as it's their policy. However, Non AC double bed room wasn't upto the mark. There were cockroaches in the cupboard and everywhere. It was quite small also. TV was working. However, very few channels available.
Room service was pathetic. I have travelled to many places and stayed in all types of budget hotels too. However, the housekeeping staff were never rude to us anywhere other than this hotel. You've to remind them for everything even the complimentary water bottle.
I asked thrice for the extra bed, towel and soap. All these basic toiletries are provided by the hotels before you check into the room. I stayed there for two days and asked the staff to do the cleaning. However, I was told the cleaning will be done in front of us whenever we return. We were tired waiting in queue for long hours and my mom and aunty being senior citizens, they were too tired and wanted to take a nap for an hour. However, the housekeeping staff came at 3 pm and I asked them to come after an hour so that mom and aunty could rest for sometime as they were already asleep and I didn't want to disturb them. They directly refused saying we will do it now or won't do it as we don't have time and we leave at 6. I told them you can come by 4 then that's before you leave. However, they insisted that I let them clean now or they won't come late. I got frustrated and didn't want to disturb my family so I told them it's ok and they didn't come again for the cleaning.
The front office staff was good and they tried to accommodate as much as possible. However, when I complained about the housekeeping staff, they also took their staff side saying they leave at 6. So, overall, an average stay.
The only plus point is the location which is quite near to the temple. 5-10 mins walking distance. They don't have any in-house restaurant. I would recommend this hotel only if you're going with your friends and are not too fussy about the service and cleaning of the room or are staying for only one day. Not recommend for family visit.
I stayed in the Keys Temple Tree hotel Shirdi for the third time in these many months. I checked in on 10th of December 2015. I was really impressed when most of the staff members remember me by my name and welcomed me with open arms. I was attened at the front office by mr shubham who took less than 2 minutes to hand me over the key of my room.
The room allotted to me was on 7th floor city facing which was there standard room. Spacious, furnished, with tea maker, toiletries in bathroom. In the evening I developed sudden headache started feeling feverish.
Mr rajesh from food & beverage dept provided me a warm glass of milk with turmeric to take care of my body aches and paracetamol tablet for my other problem. I was really moved by the kind gestures and concerned shown by mr rajesh. Thanks Rajesh.
Next day morning i. E on 11th december after breakfast I was reading newspapers in my room when mr. Ninad from front office called. Mr Ninand just told me to pack my luggage as they want the room in which I was staying and I had to be shifted to another room on the 6th floor. I was bit apprehensive annoyed and confused as to why sudden change of my room.
Initially I thought of seeking an explanation for this change but kept quiet in order to see what is mr. Ninad going to do next.
In next 5 minutes one bell boy mr Prasad came to collect my luggage for shifting me to a new room on 6th floor.
When mr Prasad opened the new room allotted to me on 6th floor I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO SEE THE ROOM.
Mr Ninand on the instructions of the general manager mr. Ashish sehgal upgraded my room to a junior suite which was more spacious more furnished with better facilities.
On asking mr. Ninad why have they done it I was told that the hotel do look after and care for the regular guests and it is a gesture and token of reciprocation of the hotel towards the regular guests. I was really impressed and moved.
This act and gesture of upgrading my room speaks volumes about the hotel management as to how they care and value their regular guests.
I must thank MR ASHISH SEHGAL GENERAL MANAGER and all the members of his team of all the depts especially mr Rajesh of food & beverage mr Ninand, mr shubham and mr sidhant of front office.
I must say TEMPLE TREE SHIRDI knows the keys of hospitality is pleasant surprises for the guests.
All the very best to all the staff members of the keys temple tree hotel Shirdi.
