The hotel was conveniently located. The best part I liked in this hotel was its food and service. The hotel was 10 km away from the hotel. The staff of the hotel were helpful, friendly and hygienic. They were attending the requests quickly and on time. Check-in and check-out was not delayed. The external appearance of the hotel was not so good. But the internal appearance of the hotel was very good. The room given to me was spacious, neat, clean and well-maintained. All the amenities in the room were working properly. I did not have any kind of view from my room. I had stayed there for 5 days. They regularly cleaned the room. The bathroom and neat, clean and comfortable. They provided hot and cold water all the time. I was happy with my room. The hotel had provided both veg and non veg food. The non veg food was very good. The quality of the food was good. But it was a bit expensive in price. I had not checked if they provided the activities like swimming pool, gym, indoor and outdoor games. They had provided sightseeing, pick and drop for me, but I had not taken that. The parking area was good and ample. They provided a Wi-Fi connection. The overall destination was valued for my money. I would surely recommend this hotel to other travellers. I don't have any suggestion of any kind. I travelled there with my family.
I have stayed with Keys at Shirdi and Pune before this, and both those experiences were very good. Because of good prior experience, I did not give a second thought when I booked our rooms at the Keys Hotel in Tirupati. The location itself is pretty good. The hotel is just about 3-4 km from the Alamelu Manga Temple and about 6 km from the Govindarajaswamy temple. Even to go to Tirumala, this hotel is just about 1 km away from the start of the ghat. When we reached the hotel, our first surprise was that the card access to our room didn't work. We had to use a physical key to open the room each time. The rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. Having settled in the room, we realized that there was no facility to make a cup of tea in the room. The tea/coffee sachets and kettle, which are standard in 3 star and higher hotels these days weren't available in the room. This was quite surprising since we've never faced this in any hotel across the country, and never in a Keys hotel before this. We had to request for a kettle and some tea sachets. The kettle which was sent was dirty, probably not cleaned after the previous use. There were no milk powder sachets sent. We asked for the kettle to be cleaned and replaced. The cleaned kettle never came back during our 2 night stay. Having reached late in the evening, we decided to have dinner in the hotel itself, and went to the in-house restaurant for dinner. That was clearly a bad choice. The food was really poor and barely palatable. The scaled 'Andhra Meals' did not have pickle, gongura etc. Which are standard in any Andhra meal anywhere else. We decided to avoid eating in the hotel after that. At 6. 25 am next morning, there was a ring on the doorbell to deliver tea sachets, without a kettle in the room !! Again, there was no milk powder sent. My in-laws, who stayed in the next room were luckier than us. They at least got a kettle and some tea sachets. When they asked for milk powder, they were told that the store being close, milk powder could not be delivered. We abandoned all hopes of having tea in the room, and simply headed down for the breakfast 'buffet'. The breakfast spread could not really be described as a buffet. Since we were in a hurry to get to Tirumala and get into the line for darshan, we just gobbled what we could and left early. Once again, getting 3 cups of coffee took about 15 minutes and at least 4 reminders. This was despite the restaurant being barely half full. That evening, when my in laws asked for some more tea sachets, they were told that each room got only 2 in a day, and they couldn't get more. Next morning at breakfast, once again the coffee took ages to come. The toaster wouldn't work, so we could not have toast. Overall, the staff didn't seem interested in making the stay enjoyable for any guest. After this stay, I don't think I'm going to stay with Keys again. For people visiting Tirupati, I would strongly recommend not to stay at the Keys.
On December I planned a Trip to Thirupathi, for my family including my wife and son. We booked a room at Hotel Keys Vihas, Thirupathi. I went by car from Kollam. The Hotel was situated in a convenient place along Thirumala Bypass Road.
I liked the ambiance of the Hotel. The service was very good. When I reached Salem the Hotel people called and enquired about my journey. So they had directed me to the hotel, without no hassles. When I reached Hotel, everything was ready, the room was very good and neat. My son liked the Hotel and Staff very much. The Travel Desk helped me a lot in the Dharshan at Thiurmala and directed me to all nearby places.
The most highlighted one is the Restaurant of the Hotel. We stayed there for 2 days, and tasted all most all South Indian Foods including Veg & Non Veg. They had given a proper for my car, as it had covered almost 1, 000 kiliometres in a single day. The staff of every department was very keen to help us throughout our stay.
HolidayIQ helped me to find this Hotel. Thanks for the lead to the HolidayIQ Team. The WiFi connectivity is the only problem I faced, and the signal strength was very feeble.
12 members of my family visited Balaji temple at Tirumala in the month of August, 2015. We could not secure an accommodation at Tirumala and hence decided to come down to Tirupathi and stay at Marasa Sarovor Premiere hotel.
It is an excellent property with very spacious rooms and king sized bed. All rooms had either the pool view or the hill view. As the hotel was right at the footsteps of a small hillock, the view from room was breathtaking.
Restaurant at the hotel was right at the middle of a water front with fountains. It was giving a sense of happy satisfaction. Had complementary breakfast, which was very decent. People at the front desk were very helpful. Overall it was fantastic stay and if they can maintain this property as is, this hotel is going to remain as my favorite in Tirupathi for many more years to come.
Stayed in this hotel for a couple of days last week and the overall experience was "VERY GOOD".
1) Delicious food with lot of varieties especially breakfast.
2) Courteous staff and very humble in dealings.
3) Hotel was very clean.
4) Staff did not trouble at all for tips after service offered unlike some hotels in Tirupati where I had a bad experience.
5) Location is just awesome and next to the Bus station and Railway station.
Only problem as per my experience, there is no covered but an open car parking. I parked my car for the whole day since we went to Tirumala by taking the steps. After returning I found my car completely dirty.
But overall an excellent and wonderful stay and I will recommend everyone visiting Tirupati.
