You should have visited the hotel in the last 36 months. This helps our ratings to be as current as possible, and helps you in giving us an opinion about your experience that is fresh in your memory.

You should have stayed in the hotel for at least one night. This ensures that your feedback reflects all relevant aspects of a hotel experience and helps our rating be more accurate.
How long will it take you?

You should be able to finish a rating in under 5 minutes. It's that easy and quick. Do think about your answers carefully though, because every accepted rating has an impact on our overall ratings. The more honest and accurate ratings we get, the better for all leisure travellers.
