Worst Experience: But be careful of the monkey menace.They arel around jumping especially attackt food packets carried by unwary tourists. it could mar your stay experience.

Hotel is maintained by the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department. Ambience is royal, the hotel is a heritage one, the outdoors are very good you can enjoy morning or evening walk there.Room was spacious view of the lawn from the room was very good. You will get good varieties of food, himachali pulao in the restaurant was very good

Best Experience: It was exciting experience in the hotel, felt like wanted to stay for couple of days more

Chail is a very beautiful hill station in Himachal Pradesh, the location and appearance of the hotel is good, room services were good. food was tasty

It is one of the old primitive styled hotel.Yet the granduer is still maintained.The quality of service provided is upto the mark. we really appreciated the service of the staff. nice clean hotel
