i visited this wonderful hotel though a little expensive but still its worth it.very cozy hotel, welcoming rooms and beautiful ambience. something what is a special mention about this hotel is in between nowhere they are serving three differnt cuisines from three restaurants viz..indian, barbeque and italian. the service staff is excellent at reccomendation and upselling with warmth and smile( special mention of somnath at barbeque restaurant). the scenic beauty from the pool side is a treat to the eyes and it soothens your soul. all in all i would highly reccomed about this hotel to everyone travelling to mahabaleshwar, and trust me readers it is a small heaven built on this lovely hill station. brightland definitely will make you cherish the memories of the hotel more than mahabaleshwar.

Best Experience: 1) somnath as mentioned earlier was great at service had warmth and emmaculate service standard, was great at upselling as he mentioned the jalebis are just getting prepared i am sure you would want to try some. and we responded very quickly saying yes and hence we ordered for 1 portion. 2) whilst dinning at the indian barbeque restaurant the chairs were very low for my wife to seat and dine, the server was very prompt to provide her a cushion on the chair to make her more comfortable.

The Hotel should make the Guests more comfortable while staying. The staff are too high-nosed.
