Al Ain Palace Museum was built in the year 1937 by late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Later in the year 2001, this palace was converted into a museum and opened for the general public.
The museum comprises of fine portraits belonging to the royal family as well as a family tree depicting the lineage of the Sheikh's life. In addition, the museum also houses a schoolroom, which showcases a wide collection of small desks along with a blackboard. In this schoolroom, the royal children were taught by private tutors. However, there is also a separate section, which was known as the Quran room where the entire family's spiritual needs were fulfilled.
Timing: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm (Saturday – Thursday)
3 – 7:30 pm (Friday)
