Comments: Very friendly staff and very helpful. helped us on bookings, and planning our tours. We landed there one day late due to flight delay, since there was no refund policy, they upgraded our room from standard to ocean view. The amazing location with the ocean right in front of the room, the bustling town and cafes for easy access and the main market area and eat outs just next door - Kuta was all around you and you cannot miss a thing

Best Experience: Our flight was delayed and we received our baggages even late, the staff was very helpful in trackign the same with the airport authorities, and we were on honeymoon and they upgraded our room to ocean view.
