Comments: Very poor service. Front office staff can't communicate in English. No proper bell boy facilities. We had to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor. No lift.
Best Experience: Good food.
Worst Experience: Lugging our luggage to the 2nd floor. No lift or bell boys available.
