it is an excellent hotel offering great hospitality. the staff is well trained and were professional. the food was amazing and very delicious, i spent a great time at the hotel...
By the time you enter the hotel you are king and if by chance you are staying in club tower than you even don't have to stand for check in also they have amazing services or may be the best I have seen they amazing view and roof top bar is excellent....
The best pool and gardens, the most amazing entry and foyer, great location next to the river, but alas, the rooms have been neglected and the best place to stay in Bangkok...

It was amazing, i found the Staff most Polite and the Hotel has an amazing feel to it and i was very impressed with the rooms.... and of couse the views fr the room and the restaurant was super :-)...
