I want to go to Bhutan with wife and kids? What is the best time visit the place? Please enlighten me with some packages. I will be glad to know about it.

I am planning to travel to Bhutan with wife and kids next moth. Can you arrange for a good tour planner or with any packages? What are the places which we should not miss at all. Hi, I plan to go to Bhutan in this December. But I am little confuse with the weather of the Bhutan in these days. Bhutan means I specially want to know about the Paro and Thimpu. In MSN, I see that temperature will be -3 degree C in Paro. So if anyone tell me about the weather of the Bhutan during this month, then it will be helpful for me.
