Visitors touring Boracay can engage in various outdoor activities like windsurfing, scuba diving, cliff diving, kiteboarding and snorkelling, to name a few. Besides these, diving, sailing, wind surfing and jet skiing are also actively pursued by tourists. The best time for kiteboarding is from November to April at the Bulabog.
Kids as well as older tourists can participate in Skimboarding along the White Beach under the guidance of expert trainers. Parasailing or sailing around the snorkel sites and beaches, and watching the sunset are other popular activities. One may even rent a motorbike or scooter to explore the island. Motorbiking is a favoured activity as the roads are deserted.
In order to look into the life of native villages surrounding the island, one may even engage in horse riding. The island can even be visited on a tricycle or on foot. An 18-hole par 72 golf course is a popular destination among the golf lovers visiting the island.
Moreover, visitors can take a relaxing massage at any of the beaches of the island. These massages are provided by blind masseurs who are well trained and have the required licenses. Other than these, the bars and restaurants present on the island ensure that visitors have a great nightlife. |
