Scuba diving

Scuba diving is a popular activity that tourists enjoy in Boracay due to the presence of many Diving Centres located near the White Beach. Visitors can enjoy a diving trip including one dive, boat and equipment by paying 616.88 INR. For a complete day course one needs to pay 7,710.96 INR.

Tourists can engage in scuba diving at any of the 25 - 30 dive centres by paying the same price, as all of them have fixed the rates amongst themselves. The dives vary depending upon the expertise of the diver.

Beginners can dive from 'Angol Point' (10m) or 'Crocodile Island' (22 - 25m). However, experienced visitors can go for a straightforward wall dive till 'Yapak'. Due to the presence of stingrays, sharks and strong currents this advanced level diving is recommended only for experienced divers.
