Cambodia is known for the Angkor Wat, which is an old temple complex. This temple complex draws hundreds of tourists every year. The Wat can be accessed through the city of Siem Reap that is strategically situated near the city. Other tourist attractions like the Royal Palace and the National Museum are located in the capital city of Phnom Penh.
The country is visited for its thriving natural surroundings that can be seen at the Karakoram National Resort. This resort lies a short distance away from Phnom Penh and showcases the diversity of Cambodian wildlife.
Ratanakiri on the other hand, is the eco-tourism capital of the country. It is the abode of Cambodian tribes that live amongst the natural vegetation.
