All the three main cities of Cambodia, namely Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville have international airports. The Phnom Penh International Airport is the largest airport of the country and is also a hub of the Cambodian Air Force. Angkor International Airport is the second largest airport of the country, handling the maximum number of tourists visiting Cambodia.
Both the international airports also cater to the domestic airlines within the country. Amongst these, the ones located in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap serve as entry points for tourists in the country.
These airports can be reached by indirect flights from different parts of India like Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and others. These are connected to each other with the help of numerous domestic and international airlines. The international airlines provide connectivity to countries such as Japan, China, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam.
There are no direct flights from India to Cambodia. Connecting flights to Siem Reap or Phnom Penh international airports are available from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai.
On reaching Cambodia, tourists can travel to different destinations within the country with flights connecting domestic airports like Thbeng Meanchey Airport, Svay Rieng Airport, Ratanakiri Airport and Battambang Airport.
