Fish Market and Museum Bahari

The Fish Market comprises a busy market area stretching along the mouth of the Ciliwung River. This is a popular spot for activities like fishing, boating and angling.

The Museum Bahari, simply translated as Maritime Museum is located at the harbour.  It was a Dutch warehouse that has been restored and transformed into the Maritime Museum. The building dates back to the period of the first trading post of the Dutch East Indies Company. The museum exhibits objects used for ages by the native fishing community of Indonesia.
