| Birds of Eden |
|
The Birds of Eden is spread across an area of more than two hectares, which makes it the world's largest aviary park. The sanctuary is covered with greenery and has more than 3,000 birds of 220 different species including louries, parrots, parakeets, waterfowl, flamingos, starlings, robins and cranes.
Adjacent to this sanctuary, Monkeyland provides shelter to primates, including cotton-top tamarins, golden-handed tamarins and bushbabies. Giant South Asian fruit bats can also be found here.
Families and groups can enjoy and relax in the park. Several large wooden decks have been installed in the forest and a pavilion has been built in the middle of a waterfowl-filled dam. A restaurant has also been built with a wooden amphitheatre in the forest setting. This theatre can accommodate up to 200 people.
