Numerous sign posts direct travellers towards the Klong Plu waterfall known for its view in the early mornings and evenings.
At the beginning of the 600 metre walk, there is a visitor centre and a board that displays the major attractions of Koh Chang through different posters. The walk by the riverside is not arduous but the road is very uneven with pebbles. There are many resting places on the roadside.
The waterfall is covered with numerous rocky spots used for sunbathing and there is also an average-sized plunge pool. A mini-mart and few restaurants are located at the entrance.
