Comments: Positives: This place is located right off the Bukit Bintang monorail station and everything in this area is a short walk away. The rooms are smallish but well furnished. There isn't anything lacking in the rooms. The view from the rooms (we had a mountain view room) is very good. The service is good and non intrusive. The staff are courteous and helpful. The concierge desk was a big plus as the staff were ready with a smile to help out with directions and other queries. We stayed in the higher floors away from the traffic and found the stay very peaceful.
Negatives: Could do with a few more TV channels. Didn't have much options for music. And our room had a funny washbasin poking its face to the beside - could have been easily handled by some smart interior design
