Legian Beach

Legian Beach is located between Kuta and Seminyak. It is a recreational site containing avenues for shopping, rejuvenation and swimming. Owing to its lower tides, the place is not visited by many people. Hence, it is less chaotic than the nearby Kuta beach.

The perimeter of the beach is from Melasti to Werkudara Street. To reach the beach, tourists can walk along the side-walk stretch from Legian Beach Hotel to Jayakarta Hotel. The beach is apt for activities like swimming, taking a surfing lesson, canoeing in certain months and playing beach volleyball.

By lying on the warm sand of the beach, one can enjoy the tropical sunshine. Walking by the beach side-walk is another favourite activity. Bungee jumping can also be done at the beach.

There are innumerable spas at the beach that offer beauty treatments and hair and body massages. Tourists can also enjoy the nightlife at the beach by visiting the live music bars and beach-side restaurants, which serve Mexican & Mediterranean delicacies.

The beach is also home to numerous hotels, cottages, exclusive bungalows and luxury hotels, which are available on rent. During the high season, the beach also witnesses tropical parties.
