Hi
We are planning for a 7-8 day holiday trip to Malaysia and/ or Singapore in May'09. My query is that since we would be travelling with 2 young kids (2yr old and 6 yr old), what are the best places to visit/must see in these countries? Its their first trip abroad. Is it a good time to visit these countries during May? Will the weather be too Humid and hot ? Also, would pure vegetarian fare be easily available in these Far East countries?

I would like to know if the concept of departure tax is applicable to visitors travelling to Malaysia. If it is, then how much will it be?
Thanks,
Ronald
