Adventure tourism has been an essential part of Nepal, which offers outdoor activities like trekking, hiking and mountain climbing. Of the 153 Himalayan peaks open to mountaineers, 135 are for mountaineering while the remaining 18 cater to trekkers.
Nepal is famous for various aerial activities, primarily paragliding in the Annapurna region and bungee jumping from the bridge over Bhote Koshi River. Mountain flights from Kathmandu to Pokhara provide a closer view of Mt. Everest. Hot-air ballooning, mainly in the Kathmandu Valley is another popular activity.

We are six of us. We wish to visit Muktinath in Nepal. Please suggest the best period (month) to visit Muktinath. Also suggest how many days are sufficient to stay in Jonsom, Pokhra.
