Bus services operate from the southwest area of the city’s Central Market to places like Ho Chi Minh City, Siem Reap, Poipet, Battambang, Ratanakiri, Stung Treng and Svay Sisophon. It also operates service to places like Bangkok, Vientiane, Sihanoukville, Koh Kong, Kampot, Kratie and Pursat.
The services are provided by GST Express and Phnom Penh Sorya Transport Capitol Tours. The bus services from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh and from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh are operated by the Mekong Express.
