| Mahendra Cave |

The Mahendra Cave is located 10 km from the city centre. These are natural caves and are situated close to the Batulechours village.
There is a conical mineral deposit in the cave which is believed to be a Shiva Lingam and is worshipped by pilgrims. A temple has actually been built around the mineral deposit and entry is possible in the temple after paying a fee.
