In Siem Reap, accommodation options are available for budget travellers as well as those seeking luxury and comfort. Budget accommodations are mainly concentrated around the Taphul Village and Wat Bo area. Transport, travel information and tours are arranged by most hotels.
Free transportation is arranged by various hotels from the airport on prior booking. Tuktuk and taxi drivers can also help passengers find a place of accommodation.
Siem Reap has a few international and domestic hotel chains. Some of the popular ones include the Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa, Sokha Angkor Resort, Hotel de la Paix, the Angkor Palace Resort and Spa, the Somadevi Angkor Hotel, etc. Some of the budget hotels are the Salina Hotel and Secrets of Elephants Inn.

| The Borei Angkor is a superb 5 star hotel located in Siem Reap; The hotel offers great value for money; The rooms were roomy and airy and the bathroom had a nice big tub. The sheets were clean and the AC was perfect. The hotel throws in breakfast and Free Wi-Fi; the international breakfast buffet was as good as you will get anywhere and remember we are talking of a place in cambodia far from any large city;
The Staff are very polite and go the extra mile to help you; the hotel has its own set of Tuk Tuk drivers who dont over charge; the hotel is about 15 kms from the Angkor Wat site;
The Pool and the spa are the highlights of the hotel; Spa offers Khmer Messages at a very good price; the pool side bar offers drinks and snakes at reasonable prices. |
