Comments: The over all experience was satisfactory.The middle management staff was very co operative and wore a welcome smile which was not plastic in nature.The view from our room was excellent.Room service was good.There were no hassels in booking this hotel.
Best Experience: It was in area called Little India so some of the very good veg restaurants serving Indian food were at the stones throw from Broadway hotel,The metro station and a hindu temple were nearby.
Worst Experience: The room that was allotted to us initially was very damp and with no view.The hotel management took their own sweet time to change our room
