Comments: Overall experience was not good. We were told that we are staying in 5 star hotel. This hotel was booked by MakeMyTrip people. But the experience was not even near to a 3 star. The room was very wet and AC was not working which made the things extremely humid.
Best Experience: the location, from the window we could see the sea.
Worst Experience: They used to stand as gate keepers outside the breakfast hall so that no body can take the breakfast items to room. When we explained them that we have small kids who can only eat in room, they did not hear us and did not allow us to take the food in room.
