The only international airport in Sri Lanka is Bandaranaike International Airport, which is located in Katunayake, 35 km north of Colombo. The airport has three cargo terminals and one passenger terminal. This is the main gateway for passengers travelling to Sri Lanka.
The other airports in the country that have scheduled passenger services on a commercial airline are Bentota River Airport, Ratmalana Airport, Dickwella Airport, Koggala Airport and Jaffna Airport.

Ratmalana Airport, located in Colombo, is a major domestic airport and military base. Mihin Lanka, Aero Lanka, Expo Aviation and Deccan Lanka have scheduled flights from this airport to various domestic locations in the country. Bentota River Airport is located in Bentota. I want to go on a cruise.... I got two options. Sri Lanka or Andaman. I want to go to a place where i can sit and relax for a while. And i heard that Sri Lanka is quite expensive. But has better nature than Andaman. Which one would you suggest??
