Wulai, the home of the Atayal tribe, has several attractions like hot springs, theatres, theme parks, waterfalls and resorts.

Tourists can take a hot spring bath in Wulai Hot Springs and several other springs scattered around the township. Hot springs form the major attraction of this district that are said to moisten the skin and have healing properties.

Tourists can observe the culture and tradition of the Atayal tribe closely by visiting the Wulai Atayal Museum and Gaga International Theatre. Apart from having a glimpse of indigenous culture, one can also buy souvenirs from shops near the museum.

Tourists in Wulai can also visit Neidong National Forest Recreation Area for observing the flora and fauna of Wulai. The Xinxian waterfall and motorised rail push carts are some of the major attractions in the Neidong National Forest Recreation Area.

The natural beauty of Wulai can be cherished from the Wulai Falls. Cable cars and mini trains near the fall attract tourists.
