it is a beautiful resort to stay it was very nicely located and appearance was nice, we were a group of friends who had been there so had great fun it was adventurous as well the food was nice and overall service was good

Just returned from ooty on 15th. Had gone with my wife and 2 kids. A very bad experience. I have travelled across karnataka, india and across the world but never an experience like this 1. Bad and unhygenic food: Found 4 cockroaches in the very first meal on the very first day. The next time got stale food which smelt very bad. 2. Hotel staff not trained and not professional. Not sincere. Lost my digital camera as some hotel staff had stolen it. 3. Rooms are good but not maitianed and cleaned. Resort has been designed well but not maitained Since I had paid in full and also planned the entire trip - had to accomodate all these.

Worst Experience: Unhygenic food AND Not trained staff, No proper service and Dishonest staff

Very nicely kept place. Had a very pleasant stay here. No complaints at all with the food, rooms, cleanliness, hot water, service, or location.

overall experience was nice.............the location of resort is wonderfull....................

Best Experience: any thing we needed was just a phone call away......................

Worst Experience: not exactly worst.................the resort is a bit away from the town..............and no local trasport is available.................
