"it is a very good..."

it is a very good hotel set on the peak of the mountain. if one realy wants to have one to one interaction with nature check in this hotel's newly built antiquity rooms. faboulous view of mountains and chirping of the birds!!! there is landscaping and construction going on at present also still i find the location of this hotel is better than the club mahindra. staff is however is a little bit slow and some times service is not at par with the kind of infrastructure this hotel has. i was with my family in this hotel for three days in the month of may 26-30, 2011. a very good experience.

Best Experience: our mingling with nature real hills.

Worst Experience: some times when electricity is out genset started a little bit late

"For the price we paid..."

For the price we paid it was a nightmare - poor facility. Rooms match box size - facility in the rooms [which by the way have only TV - nothing else] poor - TV tooo small - channel half of them not working and getting disconnected due poor reception. A Big NO to anybody travelling to Binsar / Almora - many better hotels in and around this location at much better price.

Best Experience: Nothing to mention - everything bad

Worst Experience: Everything worst

"This place is for those..."

  • Posted Nov 8, 2010
This place is for those who want some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of city life. We stayed here for 2 night and the best part of Imperial Heights is it’s location. The rooms overlook a valley and are quite big in size. Food quality is just awesome. We had a great stay here. The rooms, room service, food, staff, ambience everything was too good. The overall stay was very pleasant. Do visit this place and get a wonderful experience.

Best Experience: View of mountains along with the hotel location

Worst Experience: Nothing yet

"It was the first trip..."

It was the first trip to Binsar.I booked the hotel Imperial Heights from Delhi.I was there for 3 days from 02 Julu to 04 July 2010. It offers you a peaceful holiday far from city life. The view of the nature from this hotel is just awesome. If you are there you won\'t feel like roaming and searching for natural views as the hotel itself fulfills that. That was the good thing I found there…The service at the hotel is also appreciated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable, neat and clean. It looks like a very well maintained Bunglow.Really.Its one of the best experience I had.Overall a good place to stay........

Best Experience: The location is best part of this hotel. From the rooms balcony you can overlook the beautiful binsar valley and the views at the time of evening and morning are just excellent.

The whole experience was excellent. The rooms are very good, clean and have good ventilation. The Quality of food is excellent. All the staff was helpful and friendly.
