Best Experience: Back side garden in the campus is the best place to spend the time at evening. It was great experience to spend the time with nature & watching the Birds.

Best Experience: The food was good too. All ingredients were fresh and the dishes had been created with love and care. Chef Alisha was more than just a kitchen professional. She was so caring and kept hovering around me to find out if I needed anything. When I told her what I liked, she filled some bowls to the brim with my favourite delicacies and handed them over to me. Wow. Shibu and Thakur kept asking if we were comfortable with the food and the portions. On the last day, I was so comfortable that I kept thinking of personal stuff. Thakur came running and asked me why I look so sad and if he could do something for me. Some personalized service, I tell you. My son became a fan of the Kid's club being monitored by Larissa Hernandes. He would spend hours together there. Sometimes, he would disappear all by himself after arm twisting our permission. The hotel houses a few acres of forest for those who love the greens. I spent quite a few hours there with my DSLR. My wife just did not want to leave the hotel and we ended up seeing very little of Udaipur. In fact, we cancelled our trip to Kumbhalgarh and continued enjoying the hotel everyday. One day I saw a wild family of foxes just outside my window near the jogging track. For somebody who loves wildlife, it was heaven. The hotel has a great gym too. We had a very good time. The room service guy Mahaveer acted like a personal butler enquiring after every little need. It was awesome. Askhita in maintenance, built like a sports person, sporting cute braces brightened up the day with a smile each time we passed her.
Worst Experience: The hotel could take a good look at the dish washer. None of the dishes and the bowls are washed to luxury hotel standards with smudges and lumps here and there. Could be a temporary problem, though.
