its quite an good hotel.. its not too great but an average hotel

Best Experience: the location of the hotel is good cz its near to the bus stop and the market.. the staff were quite professional

We went to this hotel after reading a lot of reviews. It is a very average property. The hotel is around 1.5 km from the main market of panchgani. The road is in a bad condition. The property is around 10-12 years old. While it was clean, the buildings look quite shabby. The rooms are quite small. Our room had a steam bath facility that never worked. All the amenities like games room, massage parlour, discotheque are in shabby condition. The pool however was well kept. The TT room/ Pool room had a lot of foul smell coming from the backyard. The food and the room service however were saving grace. We asked for change of linen and they immediately carried out. All three days that we spent there, the food was delicious. My son froke on the chicken dishes (two with every meal). While the spread was very limited the food was tasty. For the price that they are charging, I am sure you can find better places

Worst Experience: TT room. My son loves playing TT so I had to accompany him. but the foul smell, and a bad TT table, spoiled the fun.

Millenium Park greeted us well and made our stay pleasant. the service is quick, food variety and quality was nice. the resot has some good facilities like Spa, swimming pool, table tennis, carrom etc. the hotel staff was good as well.

Best Experience: we enjoyed the games and food.

Worst Experience: 1. during weekend, there was good crowd and everything was fine. but on Tuesday which was our last day, the hot water facility in our room was not working. they asked us to use another room's bathroom for that day and there was no staff to help us move our stuff here and there. this caused much inconvenience as we were to catch our bus immediately after check out. also, in the shifting activity, i forgot one dress at the bathroom itself. 2. strangely, they did not inform us of the Massage and Spa center in the beginning. we stayed for 4 days and on the last day, we got to know about the Spa Center. it should be displayed clearly in the front desk about the facilities available at the resort.

Best Experience: the value for money was tooooooooo good. just had less expectation then what we actually got. would recommend to all who are visiting panchgani and mahableshwar
