location is the best... near to many shopping point,bus stop. the ambiance is good pleasant .it is a perfect place for a family to stay.

Kodaikanal is a really beautiful hill station. We visited this place for our honeymoon.There are lot of greenery and tea estates here and its really a breath taking view.The temperature is always very cool.We stayed at valley view inn hotel for 3 days.Had a really comfortable stay and thanks to the management for making it comfortable.The food tasted really great and yummy.Rooms were really nice and beds were really maintained well.Really amazed with the service...

Its just a ok hotel like one stays for business trip. food is very average but being from Bangalore i too expect more and very rarely it suits to me. Room service is pathetic but staff is very kind. proximity to the town is only the advantage

Best Experience: we forgot a Bag in the room drove 100 km back home but hotel staff arranged to send the bag in a bus thanks to my cab driver Shohib and hotel staff

Worst Experience: No Permit Room, Food they serve as breakfast is very cold and average, charges for food is too high
