I was in Ooty with 2 small kids for a week\'s time. Excellent heritage hotel. Sets standards in guests service. Strongly recommend esp. for any one looking for a family break. The staff was extremely courteous, very helpful and available round the clock. They took excellent care and in fact the senior management of the hotel also came around to check with guests if anything more can be done to make their stay more enjoyable. Rooms do not have fans but the cliamte was so cool that you actually needed to wear sweaters in eve/ mornings.
