The resort is a study in contradictions. From initial confusion - their booking receipt indicates check-in as 10.00 a.m. while the resort insists it is 12.00. Which means that you spend about an hour in the (hot) lobby waiting for your room to get ready.
The rooms themselves are well laid out, large and comfortable. There is no view, so if you\'re there in the winter months, it makes sense to take a ground floor room because you get a nice sit-out in the garden.
Room service is erratic. From being extremely efficient to delivery times upto an hour. Quality varies too, from very good to terrible.
The resort appears to be a case of knowing what needs to be done, but not doing it (perhaps for reasons of cost cutting) until the guest makes a fuss. One example of this was that we got old, stained bed and bath linen until we complained. Thereafter all linen was pristine white!!
