In Varca, finding the Resort was a task after a nice but gruelling drive from Mumbai, had a few room allocation problems inspite of a prior booking for two separate but adjoining rooms, but well! Holidays always start with minor disappointments before your mind adjusts itself to the harsh realities of Indian Hospitality. The swimming pools were smaller and worse off than expected but the restaurants and the overall resort plan and specially the bar was well managed. There has to be a better ratio of permanent staff to trainees though. Am sure they would have taken care of most of the problems by now. ....if they have bothered to act on my feedback that is!
