panjim is a relaxed and almost sleepy city.a big change from the frenetic pace of state capitals..... panjim is a relaxed and almost sleepy city.a big change from the frenetic pace of state capitals in the rest of india.you can spend a lazy day walking around the old portuguese city centre or take a leisurely cruise down the mandovi river which passes through the heart of the city or see miramar beach just outside.
